Jon Stout "Find Me in These Fields" was one of Phil's releases where I sensed he was free to be himself, and that came on strong in every tune. As a guitar player I was inspired, and as a father with a young son "Gentle & Strong" tugged every heart string. Favorite track: Gentle & Strong.

Mike Will This is the best remastered project that I have ever heard. "Be In My Heart" is a favorite because of the family affair on the background vocals. I love this whole album.

paulsparks It certainly is much improved on the sound and it rocks!!! But now the lyrics come out more because of it…still a great album as part of the trilogy of Sundays Child and Crimson And Blue…

Honestly, I was always a bit disappointed by the final sound of this record. The recording was a joy and is fantastic. (Thanks Lynn!)
But there just wasn't enough oomph in the low end. When I heard Bruce Neher's re-mastering job I was thrilled. This is so much better to my ears. I was so happy in fact that I felt a re-imagining of the song order was appropriate. These are ten really strong sounding songs now and I like hearing them flowing one to another without the distraction of the instrumental bits. If you disagree then feel free to re-order them back into the original order. I'll be listening to it this way from now on. Blessings!

I’ve been following Phil since the 70s. I forgot how beautiful this album is. I just rediscovered it by becoming a subscriber. Best decision I’ve ever made. Now I get to listen and revisit many of the concerts I attended and those I couldn’t make for the first time. Also I had many albums on vinyl and cassette that were lost etc. One of the things I love about Phil, is how every time he does a song live, it’s different than his other versions.
